Our properties are accredited by the University of the North West and NSFAS, according to their approved standards and requirements. Housecall Property Investments Pty Ltd is registered with CIPRO and The South African Revenue Services (SARS), in compliance with the laws governing business in the republic of South Africa.

Company History

Housecall Property Investments provides comprehensive student friendly accommodation to students in Potchefstroom. We are currently housing  Ninety (90) students in 5 properties. Our properties are in the Die Bult area and are less than a kilometer from the University of The North West (UNW) and Vuselela FET. We believe in providing a safe environment that also promotes a culture of studying.
